Registration at the event
Once you have completed the online registration form of the event, your entry to the Organic Food Conference Events has been granted. Upon arrival at the event, we invite you to register at the participant’s registration desk starting at 16:30 on 22 May.

Accommodation
- Participants who required their accommodation to be arranged by organisers will be accommodated in Borgo Palace Hotel (Via Senese Aretina, 80 – 52037) in double/single rooms according to their requests. Please be aware that organisers don’t cover the costs of accommodation for participants, you will be required to pay for your accommodation upon arrival at the hotel.
- Breakfast is included in the price of Borgo Palace Hotel’s rooms. Breakfast is served between 7:00 – 10:00. We advise you to have your breakfast between 7:00 – 8:20 in case you wish to take the event transfer to the event location.
- Participants who booked other accommodation than Borgo Palace Hotel are kindly asked to arrange their own transportation between the event location and their accommodation. Transfers will only be provided between the event location and Borgo Palace Hotel.

- Parking at the event: Those arriving to the event by car are welcome to use Aboca’s free parking lots at Località Aboca, SP258, 20, 52037 Sansepolcro AR, Italy.
- Parking at Borgo Palace Hotel: The hotel offers free parking lots for hotel guests at its address Via Senese Aretina, 80 – 52037.
- Parking place close to the dinner location: Via dei Montefeltro, 1/C, 52037 Sansepolcro AR, Italy.
Dinner Location
The networking dinner will take place on 22 May between 20:00 – 22:00 at Osteria il Giardino di Piero Ristorante at Via Niccolo‘ Aggiunti, 98/B, 52037 Sansepolcro AR, Italy.
Translation
All event sessions will be translated to English & Italian languages. We kindly ask you to bring along your headphones of 3.5mm plug (the most common type) with you. Should you not have such headphones, we will provide you with them.
Aboca museum visit
The visit of Aboca museum is free of charge for event attendees. The visit of the museum is included in the event programme on 23 May.

If you would like to cancel your participation, please let us know as soon as possible by sending an email to events@organicseurope.bio. Please be aware that if you have requested accommodation to be arranged by the organisers, you will be asked to complete the payment.
