Event ticket

The 2023 edition of Organic Food Conference Events provides free-of-charge entrance to event participants. During the two-day event, participants will not only have the chance to engage with other attendees, speakers and intriguing topics of the organic sector but also disconnect from the metropolitan surroundings thanks to the remote scenery of the event location.


Event location

This year’s Organic Food Conference Events will take place on 22-23 May in the peaceful countryside of Tuscany, Italy. In order to facilitate getting to the event location, bus transfers will help attendees to reach the event’s venue from Bologna centre and airport.

Transfer between Bologna – Sancepolcro – Bologna will be organized. Fixed pick up and drop off times will be arranged from/to Bologna airport and main train station. No transport from other locations will be provided. Currently planned pick up/departure times are:

22 May: 12:00 (planned arrival in Sancepolcro at 14:30)  and 14:00 (planned arrival in Sancepolcro at 16:30) (pick up/arrival times may vary)
23 May: 15:30 (planned arrival in Bologna center at 17:30, airport 18:00) (arrival times may vary due to traffic)

Transport between hotels in Sancepolcro and the event location will be provided, transport schedule will be shared with participants closer to the event date.



If you will be needing accommodation during the event – event organizers will arrange your accommodation for you. Please note that whilst the accommodation will be arranged – the accommodation expenses are not covered by the event organisers. If you request for accommodation you will be kindly requested to pay for your stay upon your arrival.

Important! If you arrange your accommodation on your own, organisers cannot guarantee pick-up-drop-off services between your accommodation location and the event venue.


Networking meal offers

Event participants are granted free access to the networking meals organised in the framework of BEING ORGANIC in EU project:

  • Networking dinner on 22 May
  • Networking lunch on 23 May


In-person attendance 

The Organic Food Conference will be organised exclusively in person. For information on how to register for this year’s event, visit the registration section of this website. Be aware that there are a limited number of event tickets and registration requests will be processed on a rolling basis until capacity allows.
